SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Hicks Collectibles LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and handle orders placed through hickscollectibles.com.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
In-stock orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Business days generally exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Processing times may be longer during:
• Major product releases
• Holidays
• High-volume sales periods
• Limited or allocated product releases
• Preorder fulfillment periods
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
2. SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
Available shipping methods, carriers, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout when available.
Shipping rates may be calculated based on factors including:
• Delivery destination
• Package size
• Package weight
• Selected shipping service
• Order value
• Product type
Customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping method and delivery information before completing checkout.
3. DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery dates and transit times displayed during checkout are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Carrier delays may occur because of weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, customs processing, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Hicks Collectibles LLC.
We cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates unless a specific guaranteed service is expressly offered.
4. TRACKING INFORMATION
When tracking is available, tracking information will generally be provided after an order has been fulfilled and accepted for shipment.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.
5. SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Please carefully review:
• Recipient name
• Street address
• Apartment, suite, unit, or mailbox number
• City
• State or province
• Postal or ZIP code
• Country
If you notice an address error before fulfillment, contact us immediately at:

We will make reasonable efforts to update an address before fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process.
6. INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES
Hicks Collectibles LLC is not responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting solely from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or otherwise undeliverable address, we will contact the customer regarding available options.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment where permitted by applicable law.
7. LOST, MISSING, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If tracking indicates an unusual delay or your package appears to be missing, contact:

Please provide your order number and relevant tracking information.
We may assist with reviewing tracking information and, where appropriate, opening or assisting with a carrier inquiry or claim.
A carrier delay does not automatically mean that a shipment is permanently lost.
We will evaluate confirmed lost-package situations based on the circumstances, carrier information, applicable shipping protection, and applicable law.
8. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If merchandise arrives materially damaged, contact:

Please provide:
• Your order number
• Photographs of the damaged merchandise
• Photographs of the shipping box or mailer
• Photographs of the shipping label
• Photographs of relevant internal packaging
Please retain the merchandise and all original shipping materials while we review the claim.
If an eligible return is necessary because of verified damage for which Hicks Collectibles LLC is responsible, we will provide appropriate instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
9. SEALED COLLECTIBLE PRODUCTS
Trading card and collectible products may pass through manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and shipping carriers before reaching the customer.
Minor cosmetic packaging imperfections may occur, including:
• Small dents
• Minor scratches
• Corner or edge wear
• Shrink-wrap imperfections
• Printing variations
Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not materially affect the sealed product or its contents do not automatically constitute shipping damage.
We will review claims involving significant damage on a case-by-case basis.
10. INDIVIDUAL AND GRADED CARDS
Hicks Collectibles LLC will use reasonable protective packaging appropriate for individual trading cards and graded cards.
Customers should promptly report material shipping damage after delivery.
Please retain the original shipping materials if a damage claim may be necessary.
11. PREORDERS
Products identified as preorders are expected to become available at a future date.
Release dates and expected fulfillment dates are estimates and may change because of:
• Manufacturer delays
• Distributor delays
• Allocation changes
• Transportation delays
• Release-date changes
• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill preorders after inventory is received and ready for shipment.
12. MIXED PREORDER AND IN-STOCK ORDERS
If an order contains both in-stock and preorder merchandise, fulfillment timing may depend on the shipping and fulfillment options available for that order.
In some circumstances, an order may be held until all merchandise is available.
In other circumstances, merchandise may be shipped separately.
Where available, applicable shipping options and charges will be shown during checkout.
13. ALLOCATED AND LIMITED-RELEASE PRODUCTS
Certain high-demand or limited-release products may be subject to manufacturer or distributor allocation.
If Hicks Collectibles LLC receives less inventory than expected, we may need to reduce quantities or cancel affected items or orders.
If we are unable to fulfill merchandise for which payment has already been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued for the unfulfilled merchandise.
14. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping may be offered to selected countries and destinations.
Available international shipping options will be displayed during checkout where supported.
International customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and customs information.
15. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to:
• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• VAT
• Brokerage charges
• Processing fees
• Other government or carrier charges
Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout or required by applicable law, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or standard shipping charge.
Hicks Collectibles LLC does not control charges imposed by foreign governments, customs authorities, or shipping carriers.
16. CUSTOMS DELAYS
International shipments may experience delays during customs processing.
Customs processing times are outside the direct control of Hicks Collectibles LLC.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in their destination country.
17. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or left unclaimed and returned to Hicks Collectibles LLC, we will review the order after the merchandise is returned.
Where permitted by applicable law, shipping charges, return transportation charges, customs charges, or other costs incurred as a result of the refused or unclaimed shipment may be deducted from any applicable refund.
18. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Orders may occasionally be shipped in multiple packages.
If this occurs, customers may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Receiving one package does not necessarily mean the entire order has been delivered.
19. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Certain products or destinations may be subject to shipping restrictions based on:
• Carrier requirements
• Product characteristics
• Manufacturer restrictions
• Legal requirements
• Customs requirements
• Other logistical limitations
We reserve the right to decline shipment to a destination we cannot reasonably or legally service.
If an order must be canceled because we cannot ship it to the provided destination, an appropriate refund will be issued for affected merchandise already paid for.
20. CANCELLATIONS
Eligible unfulfilled items may be canceled until fulfillment in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable cancellation rules.

Once an item has been fulfilled, the standard cancellation window ends.
If the merchandise is otherwise eligible for return, a return may be requested after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
21. WHOLESALE AND BULK SHIPPING
Wholesale, reseller, bulk, and other commercial orders may be subject to separate:
• Shipping rates
• Carrier arrangements
• Insurance requirements
• Processing times
• Freight arrangements
• Delivery terms
Wholesale shipping terms may be provided separately depending on the size and nature of the transaction.
